“GREEN SCREEN HOOLIGANS” is an unscripted 30 minute behind the scenes filmmaking show that results in the making of a new mini-blockbuster movie each episode.
Best described as “Impractical Jokers” meets “Project Greenlight” meets “Jackass”, all of the performances are captured in front of a green screen featuring 5 comedian friends (the "Hooligans") who are the main actors, while the rest of the performances are filmed in front of portable green screens with non-actor pedestrians in different locations. During these pop-up green screen shoots there will be a series of competitions and mini games specifically designed to embarrass the 5 hooligans while capturing performances of real people that will be used in the episode's final film.

PUBLIC PERFORMERS
Bit parts and background extras are filmed in front of a portable green screen with non-actor pedestrians in different locations. During these pop-up green screen shoots there will be a series of competitions and mini games specifically designed to embarrass the 5 hooligans.
EARPIECE EXECTUIVES
One of the Hooligans is the director while the rest of them tell him what to say and do through an earpiece.
CELEBRITY DOPPLEGANGER
Find a celebrity look-alike off the street and put them into the movie as a character that actor/actress typically plays.
EXTREME SCREEN
Place the green screen in a unique location like inside of a moving truck or at the end of a platform on a skyscraper to capture terror like never before.
HIDDEN TALENTS
Discover hidden talents and stupid human tricks from everyday people off the street.
THE GREEN SCREEN CLUBHOUSE
Like Rob Dyrdek's Fantasy Factory, but green.
When we aren't filming on location, everything is filmed at the Green Screen Clubhouse. It has a green foam pit, green rope swings, green treadmills, green tumbling mats and is the perfect place to shoot all things green screen in a more visually appealing way as a BTS series.
SHENANIGANS
During the making of each episode, the production is rife with pranks and "Jackass" style tomfoolery.
Depending the outcome of mini-games and challenges, a punishment is given out to be the climax of the movie, much like IMPRACTICAL JOKERS.
PUNISHMENT: UNDERGO EXTREME MAKEUP/COSTUME
Toxic waste spills on one of the Hooligans, and now they have mutated and have to do hours of makeup a few days in a row.
PUNISHMENT: DRINK A GALLON OF MILK BEFORE SHOOTING YOUR SCENE
Each actor is filmed separately, so one entire performance will be shot during a "milk challenge", causing him/her to vomit and look considerably worse as their performance goes on.
PUNISHMENT: DELIVER A DRAMATIC MONOLOGUE IN FRONT OF A FIRING SQUAD OF PAINTBALL GUNS.
Making a dramatic monologue even more intense.
PUNISHMENT: RUN A MILE ON A TREADMILL, THEN "STOP YOUR FIANCE' AT THE AIRPORT GATE".
There's always a scene at the end of the romcom where the guy rushes to the airport to stop his love from leaving. But what would it look like if he was puking from just sprinting a mile to get there?
The pranks all have a purpose to serve the final "movie" and the more outrageous, the better.
The punishment is used for the climax of the episode's movie.
